If you are having problems with drugs, alcohol or other obsessive/compulsive behaviours, with help, you can learn new ways to manage. For some this is about choice, for others it may be more difficult.
This makes addiction so hard for others to understand.
This treatment is informed by CBT and the 12 step program, much as you may find in residential or online rehab, but also supports you to explore patterns in your past and present.
