Therapy
Sessions are Individual, Face to Face or Online, whichever works for you.
My experience and training allow me to tailor your individual treatment. My primary training is in Psychodynamic Counselling, which focuses on how past experiences or relationships might be influencing your perceptions of what's going on in your life. This type of analytic counselling grew from the work of theorists such as Freud and Jung, and is a modern and effective treatment for many issues, such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Bereavement
- Relationship difficulties
- Trauma
- Anger issues
- Addiction/Substance misuse
My work is also informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Attachment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, all of which are especially effective for PTSD, Addiction and Trauma.
Face to Face
If you would prefer to meet in person, we can arrange our sessions here at Wherry Close. Sessions are 50 minutes, on a day and time booked for you each week.
Online
To access support from anywhere in the world, sessions can be held online. A hybrid of Face to Face and Online sessions can also be arranged.
